Ok I loved this video and because of it I bought Then I met you and am OBSESSED. What's killing me though is you don't have a part two of this for second step cleansers. Please please please make one! I find your recommendations really reliable. You've never steered me wrong.
That Clean it Zero balm says "Avoid contact with eyes". But it gets right into my eyes every time, and blurs my vision till I wash it off. Every time I start panicking.😰 Do you have such an issue?

I always wanted to try the Then I Met You balm… it looks like some kind of mango buttery goodness and I wannit… but I just cannot justify the price tag!
I hardly wear makeup. eyeliner and mascara if I feel like it. so I don't really feel I need a cleansing balm. But I love watching these types of videos.
im a bish for oil cleansers but i want a balm since it seems like it would be more penetrative. i would love to find an all in one to remove my makeup without rubbing my face with cloths.
What's the name of the product you use after the balm?
I use the yellow one, for more hydration and it does a great job with eye makeup and waterproof mascara. I’m so happy with it. My dry mature skin loves it!
I recommend Juno 10 balm. Tried it because Robert Welsh recommended it and it's so good and costs just £14

I was surprised to hear you mention the fragrance in the Pond's balm. That stuff has been my holy grail, yet I've never noticed a strong fragrance, and both my nose and skin are crazy sensitive to fragrance! A little goes a long way, so I've been using the same container for over a year now. I hope the next one isn't a fragrance bomb.
A cleansing balm that directs you to avoid around the eye area is ridiculous. Eye makeup is typically the thickest, most pigmented cosmetic one puts on their face. If I can't use it directly on my lashes it's useless. Ponds works well but I won't buy it again unless they change that fakey scent. It almost induces a headache. Would be great to see your review of Mizon Cicaluronic! I'm hoping that one will turn out to be my holy grail of cleansing balms.

I bought Then I Met You because of the great review you gave but after I opened it I read "j Caution: Avoid Contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse well with water". I would not have bought it if you mentioned that. You mentioned it for Naturepathica. I know you worked hard on these videos and I appreciate that but this was a very expensive mistake for me and a lesson learned!
Because I heart you so much, I am going to tell you the cheapest most effective makeup remover out there. And as a mommy its great to have on hand for chapped lips, burns, (including sunburn), fever blister, dry skin, any kind of chapped skin anywhere and of course, makeup removal. Drum roll please……Aquaphor! Its odorless and doesnt burn or irritate skin, even with my eczema. It moisturizes as well. Please try it if you havent already 😀

I wish the Pinds cleansing balm was still in stores but I can only find it on Amazon and it’s almost $20 whereas when it was in drugstores it was cheaper.
This is not meant to be shade but I don’t get why people say “the face, the eyes” etc rather than saying “my face, my eyes”. I think it’s a strange way of talking. My face is not “the face”.
I used Zero before and it blurred my vision when it went into my eyes. I’d close my eyes but it would still run in and I kept worrying. It’s still doing its job tho 🙂
Test Glory cloud! This is the best face cleanser I ever used. I have very sensitive skin, I either break out or my skin just looks awful with soap or cleaners. I got this as a gift and thought for sure it wouldn't work because it had alot of fragrance. Used it as a body soap at first but finally tried it as a face wash. Been using it for three years and I have not had a breakout in that amount of time plus my makeup stays longer without getting greasy or dry. Love, love , love Glory Cloud. Only one that not too crazy about is cinnamon. I think it is just too strong for my skin.

I just use baby oil. It's cheap, it works amazingly, and it moisturizes my skin too!
Try a petroleum jelly product (like Vaseline), it works as well! And it's cheap.
